Cornerstone Housing Co-op

A splinter in the big toe of capitalism since 1993.

Cornerstone is a housing co-op in the Chapeltown area of Leeds consisting of two, large, Victorian houses. The Co-op was originally set up to provide housing and a base for green activists to work from. The current co-op membership still reflects this intention as the majority of us are involved in the radical ecological, peace and social change movements.

The housing co-ops membership currently consists of 10 adults aged between 20 and 36.

In the basement of one of the houses is a Resource Centre where much of the campaigning work is carried out.

If you are interested in joining our housing coop it is always best to ring us (leave a message in case we're not around) on 0113 262 9365.
